remove key (2712:invalid license)

Hi,

 We use PGP commandline as encryption/decryption tool.

I used this command  pgp --remove few time in the past, no issues.

somehow we need to renew a bank key. I was getting this error "remove key (2712:invalid license)"

when running this command

C:\Program Files\PGP Corporation\PGP Command Line>pgp --remove 0xB4F13C76 --home-dir "C:\Program Files\PGP Corporation\PGP Command Line"
pgp:remove key (2712:invalid license)

Not sure how to fix this, please HELP.
