PGP SSO Unable to update password....

I bought my PC from my old company.   For several months no problem.  Today system requested to change my password. 

I typed my current password.   System " the user's password must be changed before logging on the first time

OK

system "PGP SSO"

cancel

system  ask for the new password

I enter the new password

system " unable to update the password. The value provided for the new password does not meet the lenght....."  

No way to update with a valid password.  I used very complex passoword but no way

I m not an expert.

How can I bypass the new password or update the eisting one?
