PGPCommandLine-10.4.2.22-HF1-Win32 causing decryption issues on our clients

Folks,

   we just installed PGPCommandLine-10.4.2.22-HF1-Win32 inside our server.

   There is no problem to decrypt files, but the issue is created on our CLIENTs end.

   Our CLIENTS are not able to decrypt their files after we moved to PGPCommandLine-10.4.2.22-HF1-Win32. 

   If we revert back to PGPCommandLine-Win32-10.1.0.52 everything works fine.

   Can you tell me if there's a compatibility issue with PGPCommandLine-10.4.2.22-HF1-Win32? 

   Is there any other action needed after we install the newer version, like re-import keys?
